Howdy, yep I have accepted a challenge during this busy season and for those of you who know me, I cannot pass up on a baking or cooking challenge of any sort!
So the challenge is to try and make this 3 layered cake that consists of:
- Pecan Pie cooked inside a Chocolate Cake
- Apple Pie cooked inside a Spiced Cake
- Pumpkin Pie cooked inside a Pumpkin Spiced Cake ( I am doing it with Carrot cake instead)
- Then you freeze them all to make it easier to handle, stack them with layers of cream cheese frosting and then cover them with some more frosting, chopped pecans and a drizzle of caramel!
