Thanksgiving is just around the corner and there will be a lot of cooking, baking, cleaning and decorating leading up to that day.
So in order to get a few meals out of the way for next week I resorted to using 6 chicken breasts I had in the fridge.
Indian Butter Chicken was made with 3 of the chicken breasts, which we will be having for dinner tomorrow night.
Red Thai Chicken Curry was made out of 1 chicken breast, extra hot and spicy for my son tomorrow night.
Lemon Chicken Tenders made out of 1 1/2 chicken breasts, tenders were dipped in a lemon and herb mixture prior to being breaded and oven baked.
Garlic and Herb Tenders made out of the last 1 1/2 chicken breasts, tenders were dipped in a garlic and herb mixture prior to being breaded and oven baked.
So as you can see, out of one simple ingredient I made 4 different dishes! All I need to make is some salad, veggies or rice to complement each of the dishes and dinner is ready!
