Ravioles de Dulce de Leche y Banana

I had some leftover pasta dough from our dinner and decided to put it to good use.

Why not make a dessert out of it? Think its crazy? Well I dare you to try cause the result was totally out of this world!

Got my pasta dough, rolled it out with my pasta maker and instead of filling it with your regular fillings, I put in 1/2 tsp of dulce de leche and a slice of banana.

Also made another batch without bananas for my picky son :-).

Then sealed them off and dunked them in the boiling water for 3 minutes.

I served them on a bed of grated chocolate and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce.

This new invention is a total keeper, the saltiness of the dough balances the sweetness of the dulce de leche perfectly and they were just the right final touch to our delicious dinner.

Thinking next time I am going for apple filling served with caramel sauce and cinnamon!

There are endless combinations you can use if you let your imagination fly!!!!!
